Glen is 83. He was a lorry driver his whole life and drove the ‘Big-Rigs’ all over the world. ‘I’ve been everywhere in my trucks’ he told me, ‘you name a place and I’ve driven through it - I’m not allowed to drive on the roads anymore though - apart from this thing’. Glen was parked up and having a cigarette when I spoke to him. He told me that he smokes a pack a day but never inhales.

His dog is a Pomeranian called ‘Bindy’. Glen said that she didn’t really need a walk, and that he didn’t actually have any particular reason to be out, ‘I just love to drive - it’s my life and always will be’ he said, before heading off down the High-Street.
